2024-25 SACRAMENTAL INFORMATION - FIRST RECONCILIATION AND FIRST HOLY COMMUNION

Welcome to the 2024-25 Sacramental Program!

Children who are 7 years of age or older, who have not received the sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion, may register for the 2024-25 sacramental program.

All children enrolled in the program will prepare for, and receive, two sacraments this year.  First, the sacrament of First Reconciliation, and second, the sacrament of First Holy Communion.  Please review the 2024-25 Dates for Parents for scheduled programming dates and times.  Click here for pdf of the dates.

Registration requirements:

• Completed registration form (click here to download)
  
• Copy of child’s baptismal certificate
• Registration fee of $45.00

There will be two opportunities to submit the registration information in person:

• Thursday, September 26 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm
• Saturday, September 28 from 10:00 – 11:00 am

If you are unable to attend either of these dates, please email the completed registration form, along with a scanned copy or photo of your child’s baptismal certificate, to st.bonifacesacraments@rogers.com.  You will then need to drop off the registration fee of $45.00 at the parish office.
