2025 ShareLife Parish Campaign Launches Today;
Campaign Video is Now Available
Ash Wednesday signifies the beginning of the annual ShareLife Parish Campaign. As you prepare for the first ShareLife Sunday Collection on March 30, we're grateful for all of the efforts you're making to promote ShareLife among parishioners.
In addition to the resources shared in yesterday's Committee Newsletter, the 2025 ShareLife Parish Campaign Video is now available to watch and share.
As your parish community walks this Lenten journey, we invite your parishioners to be the reason someone finds hope again. Lent is a time to open our hearts, to see Christ in those who suffer and to respond with love. And when someone in our community is struggling—grieving, alone, unsure of where to turn—your love leads the way.
This year's video tells the real story of David, who knows what it means to lose everything. His wife passed away, his health declined, and he felt forgotten. But in his deepest sorrow, he found hope. When he turned to his pastor, he was guided to Catholic Family Services of Toronto, a ShareLife-funded agency where he was welcomed with open arms. Thanks to your parish's support of ShareLife, Catholic Family Services of Toronto is able to help David heal, regain stability, and rediscover his sense of purpose.
We encourage parishes with A/V capability to show this video before or at the end of mass during the campaign. Subtitled versions in various languages will be available in the coming weeks.
